Cookie Policy
How this system uses cookies and browser storage, and how you can manage them.
企業框架系統 ("the system") stores a small amount of data in your browser (cookies and local storage) while you use the web interface, in order to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and keep the connection secure. This page explains what that data is used for and what choices you have.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser and that is sent back to the website on subsequent requests. In addition to cookies, the system uses browser local storage for purely visual preferences; that data stays on your device and is never sent with requests to the server.
Categories used by this system
Essential cookies
Required to keep your sign-in session, to prevent cross-site request forgery (CSRF) and to keep the connection consistent. Blocking them makes it impossible to sign in or use the system, so they cannot be turned off.
Preference cookies
Remember the display language, theme and consent state you chose, so the experience stays the same on your next visit.
Statistics and analytics cookies
By default the system uses no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If an analytics tool is adopted later, this page will be updated and the required consent will be obtained first.
Main cookies in use
- Sign-in session: keeps your authenticated identity; it expires when you sign out or the session times out.
- Anti-forgery token: verifies that form and API requests really come from pages of this system; session scoped.
- Language preference: remembers the interface language you selected.
- Cookie consent state: records that you have seen the consent banner so it is not shown again.
- Interface state (local storage): keeps grid columns, sorting and layout preferences; stored on your device only.
Third-party cookies
This system is used for internal management within an organization. It embeds no advertising networks and exchanges no cookie data with third parties. If your organization integrates an external service (for example a single sign-on provider), that service may set cookies under its own policy.
Managing and disabling cookies
You can inspect, delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, and most browsers offer a private browsing mode that keeps no cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies prevents you from signing in, and clearing browser data also removes the interface preferences kept in local storage.
